Reflection on LEAP week day 1
3 things I have learnt
-I learnt that as innovators, we should have an open mind and believe that we have creativity.
-I learnt that when innovating, we should smash all of our assumptions and ask questions such as "What if...", "How about...", and "Why not..."
-I learnt that SCAMPER is a simple tool to use in innovating, to help us become flexible thinkers.
2 things that can be improved
-The workshop could be more engaging and more detailed
-The Red Dot Museum could have more exhibits
1 important thing that I have learnt
-Innovation can fail at times, it may not always succeed. However, we should not feel discouraged. We must have the motivation and determination to keep on innovating.

Reflection for the camp
What are the three main points (or more) that you had learnt from all the activities? Firstly, there is no "I" in the team, it's spelt as T-E-A-M hence when we work as a team, we can achieve more things and therefore succeed. Secondly, I have learnt that we have to stick to one another as a class, so that no one can separate us-just like the chopstick story. Lastly, I have learnt that in order for a person to be successful, we have to be positive, do not blame others, respect everyone, have commitment, and do not forget the little things.
How can all this pointers be of help to you?
This pointers can help me to be a better person and to achieve more things and be successful.
If you were to have another chance to try all the activities, which one would you choose? Why?
I would choose the rock wall because I thought I gave up very easily when I could actually persevere and try to climb higher to challenge myself.
If there is one thing you would like change about yourself, what would that be?
It would be actively being involved in all the activities.

6 Jan #2 The Amazing Race-Debrief Personal Reflection
From the school value, "Expanding our learning network", I understand that the school wishes to expand our learning globally, and not restrict to classroom base. This is important because it allows us to gain more knowledge and share it with our friends so that the school can achieve to become a globally connected institution of Science and Technology.
5 Jan Team building challenge-personal reflection
From the school value "Forging Excellence", I understand that we are expected to do our best in everything we do. Not only are we expected to do that, School of Science and Technology also expect all of its students to reach our full potential. I think I have determination and perseverance. I should have a positive attitude in everything I do and have goals so that I will work towards my goals and try to achieve it. I can help those classmates who have problems with the various subjects that I am strong in.

Sharing of the places that I visited
I started from Kembangan MRT Station where I top up my EZ-Link card and brought some snacks. I cycled along the road and stop over at the Bethesda Frankel Church. I chatted with some of the children there. I continued my cycling and stop at the Siglap Shopping Centre. I took a 20 minutes break there and continued my cycling after I had my meal. It took me about close to an hour (overall) when I reached East Coast Park. When at East Coast Park, I continued my cycling at a much slower pace to enjoy the scenery.
